Booking Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The conference fee includes tuition, lunch, refreshments, a certificate and documentation. In order to guarantee your place, payment must be received before the first day of the conference. Delegates may arrange with KumaloGreen to bring payment with them to the conference. Accommodation is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy: Full refund for cancellations received two weeks prior to event. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time. Should a delegate not arrive for the conference on the day that the event commences, a no-show fee of 100% will be charged. KumaloGreen reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case delegates will be refunded in full. Speakers and programme may change.
